Legacy Interviews

the Legacy

AVSA was founded in 1946 to educate the world about the care, propagation, and hybridization of African violets.  With a history spanning more than 65 years, there is a world of interesting materials in the AVSA archives.  AVSA member Alcie Maxwell has been digitizing historic video interviews of some of the early leaders in our society.  These digitized interviews include a wonderful video interview of  Anne and Frank Tinari by Don Geiss.  Geiss’ interviews of other early AVSA leaders are also available.
